Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Failure to Deliver Services: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel a project, the cancellation must be confirmed before any work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds will not be available. For cancellations confirmed prior to the start of the project, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services provided by Clouvie are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation fees and discovery sessions.
  • Services that have already been fully delivered and approved.
  • Custom work that cannot be reused for other purposes.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Refund Request: Contact us at hello@clouvie.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide detailed information about the issue, including the services rendered and the reason for your request.
  • Review Process: We will review your request within 10 business days and may request additional information if necessary.
  • Outcome Notification: After reviewing your claim, we will inform you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If the client provides inaccurate or incomplete information required to perform the services.
  • If the project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary approvals, feedback, or materials.
  • Services rendered outside of the agreed scope of work without prior written consent from Clouvie.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Clouvie reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly.
